Health & Fitness Specialist

Work Schedule: Part Time
Salary: $51,630 - $81,204*
Location: Washington, DC metropolitan area

 

The Central Intelligence Agency's Office of Medical Services is seeking a qualified Health & Fitness Specialist to support Agency employees and contractors. The individual selected will work a part-time schedule of 32 hours per week.

*Posted salary reflects the annual full time salary.


Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in exercise science or exercise physiology, as well as 3 years experience as a Fitness Specialist. Candidates must be certified by ACSM, NSCA, NSPA, or NASM. CPR/First Aid certification is required.

All applicants must successfully complete a thorough medical and psychological exam, a polygraph interview and an extensive background investigation. US citizenship is required.

To be considered suitable for Agency employment, applicants must generally not have used illegal drugs within the last twelve months. The issue of illegal drug use prior to twelve months ago is carefully evaluated during the medical and security processing.
