Shaheed Mauladi Ash-Sheeshani

"Mauladi Ash-Sheshaani sacrificed his soul to teach the Russians a lesson: that there are hundreds more willing to do what he did."

Excerpt from 03 July 2000 qoqaz.net news:

On Sunday night, Russian forces arrested and violated several Chechen women from different villages. The enemy also arrested 15 young men aged 13-15 and sent them to join thousands of other Chechens in concentration camps. The Mujahideen responded by launching five martyrdom-operations and several massive attacks against the largest concentrations of Russian Desant, OMON, military intelligence and military police units in the cities of Urus Martan, Gudermes, Kurcheloy, Argun and Novi Grozny. Mujahideen sources confirm that at least 1,500 Russian soldiers were killed in a single hour as a result of these attacks

Biography:

Alhamdullilah I knew him well and can say that I knew him to be a very fine brother.I know I say this all the time but he was also amongst the best. A mujahid from the first war (lost his leg), fluent speaker of Arabic and knowledgable in Quran and Hadith.

He came to the fighting in Serzen Yurt in the midst of winter with hardly any winter clothing. This didn't stop him from going to the front almost everyday and was almost immediately commanding a detachment of mujahideen.

When under bombardement or enemy fire he was one of those who refused to take cover or shelter. Despite his physical handicap, he bore the difficulties when escaping from Shatoi with great patience. Masha'allah he was a man of many virtues, the kind of which one rarely meets.

He sacrificed his soul to teach the Russians a lesson: that there are hundreds more willing to do what he did.
