Congressman Mike Rogers (R-MI) served in the House of Representatives from 2001 to 2015. From 2011 to 2015, he was chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI). In this interview, which took place in Washington, DC, on 24 July 2018, the congressman ranges over a multitude of issues concerning oversight and professional interrelationships between the Intelligence Community and Congress.
