The Stele Pavilion is one of many structures comprising the imperial tomb of Emperor Tu Duc (reigned 1847-1883). Located approximately (8 km, 5 mi) from the former imperial capital of Hue, it contains a large stone tablet inscribed with the deeds of the emperor.
