1. At the Executive Committee Meeting this morning:

a. Mr. Kirkpatrick advised us that Daniel and Hubble had written
a "Readers Digest" article on the recent Cuban crisis which was apparently
very critical of the White House and about which a lot of heat is being
generated. CIA had refused to see these people so we are in the clear at
