The 2003 Annual Report of the United States Intelligence Community provides insights into the activities and accomplishments of the Intelligence Community during fiscal year 2003. The Intelligence Community provides US policymakers, military commanders, and law enforcement officials with timely, accurate intelligence on the full range of national security issues. The following pages reflect the Intelligence Community's most noteworthy efforts against its principal national security missions.

This report is unclassified. To safeguard sensitive intelligence sources and methods, it therefore can acknowledge only a small fraction of the total contribution made by the men and women of the Intelligence Community. A Classified Annex to this Annual Report provides additional detail and will be provided to the appropriate Congressional committees.
