CIA Launches Redesigned Website, Enhanced Online Features

This week, the CIA introduces a significant redesign of its public website, CIA.gov. The changes are aimed at making our content easier for you to access.

As you explore the new CIA.gov, we would like to highlight a few noteworthy enhancements:

Homepage SliderAt the top of the CIA.gov homepage, you will find a selection of rotating featured information. This section will be updated routinely to highlight information and stories the CIA believes is most informative and interesting for you.

Video Center – Found under the Library section, the Video Center features many of CIA’s most popular videos all on one page for viewing without having to leave CIA.gov.

Careers Section

  • Responsive Design - will automatically adapt the careers section to any mobile device
  • Job Cart – this feature allows you to apply for up to four jobs at one time
  • Robust Job Fit Tool - this tool can help you discover potential job matches

Updated Historical Collections Publication Section will allow you to more easily browse the Historical Collection Division (HCD) publications and read book summaries.

Revamped RSS Feeds In an effort to streamline and provide you with the information you are most interested in, the RSS feeds have been consolidated:

    Please note, if you were already subscribed to one of our news feeds, you will need to re-subscribe to the updated feed that best suits your interests.
