diversitypubcoverDiversity & Inclusion at the CIA is the newest publication produced by the CIA's Office of Public Affairs. This unclassified publication highlights the Agency's diversity and inclusion efforts and describes real stories of diverse CIA officers. It is the Agency's first publication that showcases how CIA has advanced diversity and inclusion initiatives over the past several years.

Their stories--both compelling and inspirational--form the cornerstone of the publication, while quotes from CIA senior leaders underscore the Agency's ongoing commitment to ensuring progress continues toward inclusive policies.

The Office of Public Affairs produces unclassified publications to inform the public about the Agency and its mission. A printable version of Diversity and Inclusion at the CIA is available in the Library section of CIA.gov. You can also request a hard copy of the publication via our comment form.
