Human Resources (HR) promotes an Agency-wide culture that invests in its people. HR officers partner with senior management to provide strategic and operational guidance that helps the CIA accomplish its mission.

HR is composed of HR officers, consultants, analysts, compensation experts, and policy officers who assist Agency managers in making strategic decisions to recruit, retain, compensate, train, and deploy a highly skilled work force. HR seeks HR Professionals with excellent organizational skills who will be self starters proactive with creative approaches to HR strategic initiatives.
