SUBJECT II CL
I met subject at his home and I believe he made every effort
to be forthcoming and helpful. He indicated he had been to San
Francisco two times on Morgan Hall related business. One time was
merely to be introduced to White. He only visited a "pad" once
and that was to assist in the planning for the aerosol delivery of
LSD at a party. He examined the Mann County safehouse and made
recommendations on where and how much LSD to release.
