This letter expands on our 17 June 2005 response to your 8 October 2003
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and subsequent litigation
records upon which... [the CIA-produced video-animation of TWA Flight 8001
flight path climb conclusion was based."
As indicated in our 17 June 2005 response, we had seven remaining
records that required us to consult with other federal agencies or entities. The
consultation process is complete. One document is exempt from release and
must be denied in its entirety on the basis of FOIA exemptions (b)(3) and (b)(5).
Five documents may be released in segregable form on the basis of FOIA
exemptions (b)(3), (b)(4), (b)(6), and (b)(7)(c). These documents are enclosed.
The remaining record has been referred to the originating agency for review and
direct response to you.
