(FOIA) request for:

2. Office of Medical Services (OMS)/Oral History Program,
Statement by Edward M. Gunn, MD (Chief, OMS Operations
Division, circa 1953-1971)
We processed your request in accordance with the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. ? 552, as
amended, and the CIA Information Act, 50 U.S.C. ? 431. Our processing included a
search for records as described in our 28 January 2005 acceptance letter existing
through the date of that letter.
We determined that item #1 is properly classified and must be denied in its
entirety on the basis of FOIA exemptions (b)(3) and (b)(5). An explanation of
