This report is submitted pursuant to Section 2.4 of
Executive order 12863 and covers the period 1 October to
31 December 2001. Because this reporting period coincides
with the period covered by the Inspector General's
"Semiannual Report to the Director of Central Intelligence
for 1 July - 31 December 2001," I am enclosing a copy of
that semiannual report. Information in the semiannual
report meets the reporting standard of Executive Order 12863
or may be of general interest to the Board. - "
When this office forwards to the Board a copy of our
semiannual report to the Director, we sometimes include
reportable matters for the relevant period that are in
addition to, or elaborate on or update, the matters included
in the semiannual report. This quarter, however, there are
no'such additional reportable matters.
