I concur'in recommendation that Mrs. Vincent be
promoted to GS-9. Although she has been under my supervision for
only a short period, I have found that she does indeed maintain a high
degree of professional skill, is most energetic, and is thoroughly
dedicated to her. job. The work which she performs is most important
to the functioning of the branch and our field components, and in my
opinion proper recognition for her competent performance of this
work is long overdue.
