SUBJECT : Recommendation for Promotion of Mrs. Eolene F. Vincent.
1. It is recommended that Mrs. Vincent be promoted from GS-7 to
GS-8 (she has been in grade since January 1961). Subject has worked
under my superv?ision_ as the analyst of the since mid
September 1962.
2. Subject is a very conscientious, ded.ipa' a rd-
working employee. As a 0 analyst, working on for
about five years, she has demonstrated an ability
that have played such
a prominent role since 1957. Subject's
attention to detail and her throughness are commendable.
