documents or emails concerning whether, how and by what means the CIA will carry
out the intent of the President's Memorandum on the Freedom of Information issued
by the White House on January 21, 2009." We have assigned your request the reference
number above. Please use this number when corresponding so that we can identify it
easily.
We are currently processing a request for the same records from another requester.
Once our research and review of that request is completed, we will forward to you the
same CIA-originated records, if released. You will be charged ten cents per page for
