MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
1. I am aware of the fact that the Central Intelligence Agency, by
reason of the sensitive nature of its work, must observe very strict security
measures.
2. I agree to honor the requests of the Central Intelligence Agency
relative to my application whether it be accepted or rejected.
3. I agree not to inform anyone that I am being considered for a
position in the Central Intelligence Agency. If questioned directly, I will
say that I have applied for positions in various government agencies, and if
pressed for an answer will acknowledge that the Central Intelligence Agency
is one of them but will attach no particular significance to such application.
4. I agree not to disclose personnel procedures I have observed in the
Central Intelligence Agency.
5. I agree not to discuss by name or otherwise, any individuals with
whom I have talked in the course of my application to the Central Intelligence
Agency.
