COURSE OBJECTIVES - CONTENT AND METHODS
The Senior Management Seminar was held 17-22 October 1965 at

The Seminar was in large part identical to the Team Development
Program conducted elsewhere by this firm. Attention of the partici-
pants was directed to ways of achieving effective team action and
individual leadership. The teaching technique was essentially one of
assigning tasks for the participants to work out in small groups. As
a conceptual base the class used as a text "The Managerial Grid" by
Or, Robert Blake.
