and to your request that it be reviewer.! advised whether or not n

qualified or particularly suited for this work. In the event
you do consider him so qualified, it is suggested that he be
contacted in el-der to ascertain whether or not he is interested
in accepting employment with the agency/. If he is interested,
application forms should be procured from him, a full security
investigation conducted, and the final decision. as to his
