NOTES
Kidnapped U.S. Vice-Consul Still Missing
There have been no significant new developments in the
kidnapping of John Patterson, the U.S. Vice-Consul in Her-
mosillo. According to the Mexican press, Mexican authorities
believe that Patterson, who was seized on 22 March allegedly by
a group calling itself the People's Liberation Army of Mexico,
may have been taken from Mexico to the United States. 4CON-F-1-r--
