I am enclosing topics of the following reports which
think will Interest you:
I. Comparison of AID-52 and LSD-25,
2. Comparison of MLD-41 and LSD-25,
3. Attempted Blocking of LSDReact ion 5Y
Pretreatment with SQL .
As you wi 1 I note, MID Is a ps ychotom 'met c agent which,
however, is considerably less potent than LSO, whereas
AID is at least as potent as LZD. We were again
unsuccessful in obt a 'fling any significant degree of
blocking of the LSOreact Ion by pretreatment with BOL.
I am, therefore, dropping this 1 ifte of in vest igat ion
unless you feel that I should study some other dosage
schedule.
Attempted blocking of the LSDreact ion with dibenzyl ine
the adreno 1 yt To drug, is. now . In the preliminary stage.
All I can say at the moment Is that we have had no
untoward effects when mcgm./kg. of, LSD was given
two hours aft-er 1 mg./kg. of dibenzy 1 ine.
I too am sorry that 1 wI 1 I not be go i.ng to Europe, but
work schedule Is so heavy that 1 cannot .spare the
lime.
Very $ incere y,
