Reference is made to your notation concerning thi!
vhich manufactures an electronic device for recording of speech
characteristics.
There is a xpossibility that this device may have application to work
being conducted by I&S. It is believed that this device might also be applicable
to some aspects of OSO and TRD activities.
It is recommended that arrangements be made for a demonstration of
this equipment with the interested personnel of the Agency present to determine
whether or not this machine may actually be of benefit.
