I reterned to the convention and attended mectines on 8 and 9 Sentember and then returned to iashin7ton. The meetines -ecre held in five widele senereted hotels and school buildines which made attendance difficult as meetings were held sieultaneously at different locetions. 3. The ecnerel imoreseion of the meetines was not as fevorel,le rs se-e others because the Papers themselvce were lienited to tweLve minutes and there were a rood man:- symeosimms which were more extemporaneous rather than oianned nresent-ticns.
