and antagonisms, induce new ones; for exploitation through covert
psychological warfare mechanisms.

formerly sympathetic to the movetent and still the close friend of
many leaders, now anxious to see it disband, but.unwilling person-
ally to be the instrurent for the death or capture of old friends.
Treatment of coffee or beer of one or two (not more) individuals at.

Specifications: Small white or grei pills (ca. I x 4 )dissolving in -
one minute or less; non-effervescing, non-staining, compatible with
hot water based liquids such as coffee cr soup and with alcoholic
beverages. Preferably so compounded as to pcnnit crushing in the
finEers if adrinistraticn as a powder is desired. Dose: One per
custa.er, medication becoming effective as soon as possible, lasting
for a minimum of four hours.
