THE RECORD. SUBJECT: Sirhan Sirhan Related Name Traces 1. Office of Security indices and files were searched on the night of 24 October 1975 in the names of Enrique (Hank) Hernandez and Manuel Pena. Variantt of these names were also checked. Results were negative. No evidence was produced of such individuals connected with the Los Angeles Police Department having any connection whatever with the Agency nor with any agency connected with CIA. 2. A review of the Office of Security file on Sirhan Sirhan shows no connection between the Subject and the Agency prior to the assassination, nor any operational interest by the Agency in the Subject prior to the assassination.
