Arriving in SAIGON by-bicycle at noon, 31 January, went to meet
a contact at the intersection of liai Ba Trung and Hong Thap Tu Streets.
She had been instructed to hold a red handkerchief in her hand as a
recognition signal. A boy approached her as she waited on the corner
and gave her a note instructing her to go to the intersection of Nguyen
Tri Phuong and Hong Bang Streets in CHOLON at 1800 hours to pick up a
packalge which she was then to deliver to the intersection of Le Van
Duyet and Hong Thap Tu Streets at 2000 hours. She was to leave the
package in front of a clinic at the Le Van Duyet and Hong Thap Tu inter-
section, and was to return to HOC MON the following day to await future
orders.
