I am enclosing a document which describes Mr. E. Howard
Hunt's forthcoming book. We are informed that this document is
an internal memorandum of G. P. Putnam & Sons, Mr. Hunt's
proposed publisher. The document was sent unsolicited to the
Agency on a confidential basis by a former employee, and it is
requested that you treat it in the same manner.
I do not know if this document has any value for you, but
it seemed appropriate that you should have a copy. At the present
time we are planning to take no action on this.
