USSR and Australia likely to re-estab- lish diplomatic relations soon. II. ASIA-AFRICA Iraqi rebellion apparently has not spread beyond Mosul area. Sudan - New cabinet changes reflect strength of army elements favoring looser ties with West. Nationalist demonstrations may de- velop in Kenya.
