The Security Protective Service (SPS) has been advised of a protest scheduled to take place at
the Route 123 intersection near the entrance to the Headquarters compound on Saturday, 29 June,
from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. The estimated number of participants is unknown at this time.

29 June. All vehicles should use the George Washington Parkway Gate during this time. Employees

The SPS has found information of another planned protest scheduled for 29 June 2013 circulating 0n(b)(3)
the internet. This organization coordinating the protest is The National Campaign for Nonviolent Resistance
(NCNR). NCNR prides itself on having filed a criminal complaint against POTUS and the DCIA on May 21,
2013. The protest is advertised at WWW. WAR IS A CRIME.ORG. The protest is being organized for a start
time of 3pm. This group does have a history of non-violent protests, however they also have a history of
arrests to increase publicity.
In addition to the protest, OPA Media is sponsorin an NBC (TV) crew from 1000-1800 on same day. They w11l(b)(3)
be featuring the CIA museum and will need open that day for their equipment. OPA will also be
putting out a notice during the week leading up to that Saturday for their event.
As a result we would like the following message approved by OS and DS for distribution as a
on Saturday 22 June and then as part of an OPA notice to the workforce on Thursday 27June.
