SECURITY From: Date: 10/26/2011 05:36 PM Subject: Re: ARGO equipment and.escorts D (b)(3) To: (b)(6) (b)(6) F7- Thanks for the note. The number of OPA folk you have listed below should be more than enough to assist with the inside areas (out of camera view but assist employees getting around the hallways and NOT into the movie). SPS will control the outside area (s) and a couple inside just in case we may be needed and of course, to respond to any situations, emergencies inside the buildings. These kind folk are making a movie and we are very sensitive to that, but also sensitive to securing our facility also. (b)(3) (b)(6) , I think if wants to have an ASO ride the 'errand bus' all day to facilitate them getting back into the (b)(3) compound I am okay with that. (b)(6) Please give me a couple days to discuss with my management (so I am not missing anything) and I Will get back in touch with you and hopefully then brief (b)(3) (b)(6) FYI - I am out of town this Fri-Mon, back on Tuesday. Please feel free to contact me for anything at my blackberry number above....I certainly don't mind.... Stay safe and we enjoy working with al of you. From: To: Date: Subject: 10/26/2011 04:03 PM Re: ARGO -- equipment and escorts /26/2 (b)(3) (b)(61 (b)(3) (b)(6) (b)(3) (b)(6) (b)(3) OPA has already got a list people willing to serve as monitors/escorts Most of these are OPA folks, with a few thrown in from other p aces inc u ing the Museum Staff). It seems that should be enough to help yob!' SPOs secure the perimeter of the filming area inside, but I will obviously defer to you on what numbers you think are appropriate. Just wanted to make you aware of where that stood as we go forward. I need to get a little input from D/OPA before I respond to email. But if you are comfortable with having gr so extra monitors on the day, then that should minimize the number of ASOs from Talk to you more soon, (b)(3) (b)(3) (b)(3) (b)(3cb)(6)) (b)(6) UNCLASSIFIED Approved for Release: 2020/08/26 C06395693
