I wanted to check in about finding a time to sit down and go through the different pieces of the Argo film
shoot slated to take place at Headquarters on 19 November.

We are getting in more details now about the amount of trucks and equipment that the Argo film crew (Ben
Affleck's movie) will be bringing in for the 19 November shoot.
Please take a look at the attached document for details about their preferred timing.
If it would be beneficial at this stage to sit down to talk through some of the logistics (including anything
relating to the previous document I sent with information about the wireless technologies they will need to
bring on campus), I would be happy to come up to meet with you.
Perhaps there is a time later this week that would work?
