Subject: Plastic silverwear in cafaterias
Feedback: The Smithsonian cafaterias are now using only compostable plastic silverwear that breaks down
quickly, Its made by a company called World Centric. Considering how much plastic waste we create at
CIA that cannot even be recycled, I think it would make a huge difference if we switched to something like
that. We probably add thousands of non recyclable plastic spoons, etc per day to local landfills. Thanks!
