Feedback: Hi -
I made a large salad today from the salad bar and paid $8.33 for it. Once I got back upstairs to my desk
and starting eating it, I discovered a dead fly in my salad. It was disgusting and I almost vomitted when I
saw it. I am writing to request a full refund as I had to throw it in the trash after the dead fly was
discovered! Please let me know if I can obtain a refund for my contaminated salad.
