1s The Director is scheduled to present his worldwide briefing to
the Defense Subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee on
Tuesday, 28 February, at 10:00 a.m. The Committee has requested a copy
of his text by Tuesday, 21 February. In order to meet that deadline, I
will need from each of you an updated version of your portion of the
preserttaton by close of business Friday, 17 February. I believe the
easiest approach for all involved would be to simply have you annotate
your portion of the attached draft.
