In response to your letter of 24 April, we cannot make
available the reports and papers you requested. Intelligence
reports for 1973 are classified and will remain so for many
years. The OSS papers for 1942-45 are being reviewed for de-
classification and eventual transfer to the National Archives
for public access, but are not presently available to scholars.
