1. 1 have recently received two requests fran Dr. Roderick M.
Engert, an Historian in the Department of Army's Center of Military
History, for information concerning people who served -- or may have
served -- with OSS in World War II.
Dr. t '- would like the follow nng information concerning
if it can be found in the Archives of -the OSS in your custody:
(a) Service number
(b) Branch of service when he entered OSS (MP Corps?)
(c) Awards or Decorations
(d) Rank at time killed in action
Dr.. Engert reports that
there is Congressional interest in this inquiry, and that he would be
grateful for an early response.
