Dear Dr. Allard:
In response to your request of 1 December 1982, I am
enclosing a copy of our letter authorizing access to CIA-
originated materials in the Johnson Library for Mr. Edward
J. Marolda.
As noted in the attached copy of our "Access Policy
Concerning Presidential Libraries (revised 12 July 1977),"
we shall arrange for the responsible components here to review
the documents received from the library, and we shall send
Mr. Marolda all those documents that are released after this
review.
