Re your address Wednesday, 1 February, to the combined Houston Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce and Navy League (sponsored by the Houston Men's Forum), they have advised me "women are not generally invited," and they don't anticipate any women being present. In a situation like this I usually query to a point that I think Mrs. T. would be uncomfortable. I think she would be at this luncheon address as well as the address the night before. I've talked to her about both of these and hope that the alternatives we've talked about are satisfactory. As for the other addresses on the trip, the Young President's group includes wives and the audience .- will be. 2200 or so. At Stanford, I've asked them to reserve 10-12 Bats for your wife and guests. ? Very respectfully, STAT STAT (2) Approved For Release 2009/07/16: CIA-RDP05SO062OR000601560009-5
