The evening will commence with cocktails at 6:15 p.m. at the Tejas Club on the 21st floor of the Capital National Bank Building, 1300 Main Street (at the corner of Polk Street), Houston, and dinner will be- gin at approximately 7:00 p.m. After dinner, Admiral Turner will be invited to address the gathering and respond to ques- tions. This portion of the Committee's program customarily begins slightly before 8:00 p.m. and is over by 9:15 p.m. It would be helpful to us to know in advance the general topic upon which the Admiral desires to speak. Mr. Talbott Wilson, Secretary of the Houston Committee on.Foreign Relations, will be writing to you under separate cover in confirmation and elaboration of the above. Hotel would be a most convenient place to stay whi-l~e here. As I said to you over the telephone, the(-Iyatt Regency, it will, of course, be great to see you and Admiral Turner again, Herb. I intend to be here in Houston.for every working day during the month of January, except for January 19.th and 20th when I will be in Middletown, Connecticut for .the meetings of the Board of Trustees of Wesleyan University.
