Subj: Storage of Official Papers
1. It is requested that I be provided space at
your center for the storage of my official naval
records and files.
2. It will be my understanding that access to
such papers will be restricted to the below listed
individuals for a period of twenty (20),years or
upon my death, whichever occurs first, at which
time such papers will be handled in accordance
with appropriate government regulations, and
following consultations with-my surviving spouse.
Further, there should be no transfer of the
subject papers from the--Nava-1' Historical Center
without my written permission..
