JUDGE DENVER, COLORADO 80294

Admiral harle, Turner
Central eliigence Agency
Washington, D. C. 20505
Dear Admiral Turner:
I am writing to extend to you an invitation to attend,
and participate, in our forthcoming Tenth Circuit Judicial
Conference to be held at the Brown Palace Hotel, Denver,
Colorado, from July 30 to August 1, 1980. You and your wife
would of course be our guests for the entire conference, or
for so much of the conference as you could attend.
In the event your busy schedule would only permit a
hurried visit, you could come to Denver and return to Wash-
ington on an overnight basis, or even the same day. In that
regard, we will have three sessions of the conference, one
starting at 9:30 a.m. on July 31, the second commencing at
2:00 p.m. on July 31, and the third commencing at 9:30 a.m.
on Friday, August 1, 1980.
Should you be able to attend, you could participate in
any of the three sessions that would best fit your schedule.
You would of course be allowed to speak on any subject of
your choosing. We would be honored by your attendance and
trust that you can accept.
Robert H. McWilliams
