The Washington Chapter of the Naval Academy Alumni Association
will meet in the Koran Room of the Fort Myer Officers Club on
Wednesday 17 October. Social Hour: 1130-12151 Luncheon: 1215-
1330. Metro busses * 4 and 20 run between Rosslyn Metro and Fort
Myer.
The guest speaker is RADM George H. Miller '33, former Director
of Navy Strategic Offensive & Defensive Systems and Naval Advisor
to the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Maritime Affairs. He
will present a challenging concept of a major new naval role in
maintaining the strategic balance of power.
Notices of future luncheons will be mailed only to those who
have responded to our annual news letter indicating that they
