1. I received a call this morning from Dr Brzezinski's office. You are
requested to attend a meeting in the Situation Room on Monday (17 Mar)

Sec Vance, Sec Brown, CJCS Gen Jones, Ralph Earle (D/ACDA) & James McIntyre.
2. The SCC on Friday (14 Mar) will encompass three subjects: Comprehensive
Test Ban, Biological Weapons, and Security Framework Follow-up. It will run
} from 1615 to 1745. Since you have a reception at 1830 (Sulzberger) at the
V Metropolitan Club you may want to send your car for Mrs. Turner to meet you
at the EOB.

3. David Aaron's office called requesting you attend a meeting in the
Situation Room on Friday (14 Mar) from 0930-1030. Subject is Charters.
Other attendees will be: AG Civiletti, Lloyd Cutler, Dennis Clift (for VP)
and NSC staffers. I have advised Fred Hitz & Dan Silver. \,

l~ Fred Hitz was unable to get your HPSCI testimony postponed. However,,I have
