SUBJECT: Meeting with Richard Harden
intelligence product is looking at an interconnected s stem of
computer-driven- cathode-ra tubes
1. Last Friday I had a discussion with Mr. Richard Harden
of the White House Staff. He is working on a proposal for a
complex automated information flow and data system for the
Executive Office of the President and the White House. He en-
visages-our tying into it for such purposes as transmitting
information to the Situation Room and others. He will send me
a specific proposal that he is working up to present to the
President. We will have an opportunity to comment on it.
2. In the meantime, I am interested in whether the group
we have that is studying new ways to display and deliver our
