1. I would appreciate knowing what our current program
is for training foreign nationals in our facilities. I noted
a comment in the notes of the Morning Meeting for 14 June about
at one of our facilities. Which nations are we
providing training to and for what purposes?
2. I would like to ensure that the supergrade promotions
which we predict for the future are reasonable and consistent
from year to year. In short, I would like to see the breakdown
by grade from GS-15 through GS-18 and how it varies by directorate,
or if you think appropriate by subdivisions of directorates as
desirable to make reasonable comparisons.
