This replies to your letter of May 22, 1947 in
which you request that the hours of duty for the em-
ployees of the Central Intelligence Group be changed
from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
on an annual basis.
I am pleased to advise you that I have been
authorized by the Director of the Bureau of the Budget
to approve the proposed change in accordance with the
provisions of Bureau Circular A-13.
