MEMORANDUM FOR: Assistant for Tnformation/DDA
SUBJECT . Presidential Recordings and Materials
Preservation Act
REFERENCE Memorandum from Assistant General Counsel,
dated 14 May 1975, Same Subject (OGC 75-1905)
The answers to the questions raised in the reference
paper, particularly those of paragraph six (6), could have
definite impact upon this Agency. It is therefore suggested
that the Information Review Staff/DDA contact the National
Archives and Records Service, GSA and determine precisely
how they intend to treat Agency material under the Presiden-
tial-Recordings and Materials Preservation Act.
