As requested in paragraph~3b of Reference, there follow recommendations for updating guidelines for the Nixon Library respecting contributions from the Clandestine Service. These recommendations are based on a review. of the DCI's pre'=~ vious guidelines (Johnson Library) and-our experiences in that and other cases. 2.
