25X1 21. CONSTITUENT Kathy Sullivan, in
the office of Representative Joseph G. Minish (D., N. J.), called to
ask on behalf of a constituent for the name and address of the CIA
25X1 Director of Data Processing. Following advice from
DDA, I called back to say that we prefer not to identify such internal
employees, but inquiries could be addressed to the person in question
by his title. This satisfied Sullivan.

22. LIAISON Met with Larry Sulc,
House International Relations Subcommittee on International
Organizations, who asked that I check out a couple of matters
regarding Agency personnel. I told him I would look into it and
get back to him. (See Memorandum for thc, Record.)

of chairman Morris K. Udall (D., Ariz.), House Interior and

24. CONSTITUENT Received a call
from Mrs. McCormack, in the office of Senator Abraham A.
Ribicoff (D., Conn.), requesting information on Agency tours. I
told her that the tours had not been approved yet by the Director
and that I would put her name on a list and get back to her if and
when the tours are approved.
25. LIAISON Received a call from
Jon Keys erling, in the office of Representative Mendel J. Davis
(D., S. Car.), who requested a copy of the report "World. Steel
Market Continued Trouble Ahead." I told him I would forward a
copy to him.
