Called re FR'S compliance with Title 44 - Depository Library Program. was assigned to coor- dinate with PUD on FBIS compliance. 2. Agreed with on following points: a. PUD would start sending two copies each of Dailies beginning 22 August 1977. When sent to GPO they would bare a label to the effect that they are available through NTIS (no ref to CIA) and would be so cited in the GPO Monthly Catalog. STAT STAT STAT b. FBIS would send two copies of each of the JPRS translations to GPO, except in cases opyright is a problem, as they have in the past. will insure STAT that they are labeled for the Depository israry Program. c. The "Trends" series, which are initially classified and downgraded to Unclassified after 6 months, will he held by FBIS for 6 months and then forwarded to GPO for the de- pository libraries. 3. The above verbal agreement relieves PUD of responsi- bility for FBIS publications other than the Dailies.
